- "Helping the customer is what I enjoy most. That's where the sales come from," Marjorie says. "Being the first line of support is important to us." In 1997 Marjorie moved the business from Cleveland to Chicago to open a distributorship for Gerber specifically targeting the label and decal printing market. Marjorie and her husband Doug Goodloe have installed hundreds of systems for manufacturers, label houses, screen printers, and graphic companies. Marjorie's primary responsibilities include credit, finance, and customer service.

- Doug is focused on thermal transfer products and keeps us busy expanding our line of unique materials and short run digital solutions. We like to offer robust products that help our customers reach the niche markets. Doug is involved in researching and managing product lines of thermal and inkjet printers and compatible materials. Doug performs most of the advanced instruction on the systems GMS sells.

- Scott brings his hands-on involvement and high regard for excellent customer service to our team. "Attitude is everything... If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will," says Scott. Since coming on board, Scott has helped develop and maintain many key accounts. Scott also played a key roll in the development of the SaberSlit laminating and finishing system as well as some unique materials.
