SaberSlit

The SaberSlit is the versatile Swiss Army Knife of laminators.

It will laminate, slit, and rewind rolls of labels, all on one machine.

With a top speed of 25 FPM, a 50 yd. roll of labels can be done in six minutes. The SaberSlit incorporates pneumatic crush slitters that do a superb job of slitting for crisp clean edges, resulting in a clean finished product.

The SaberSlit is customized to your production workflow. We can add a variety of rewinders to handle large or small roll label jobs.

The simple flip of a toggle switch engages the slitter heads. Slitter heads can be disengaged via the quick-release air connectors, or they can be easily repositioned to within 5/8" of each other, or completely removed from the mounting bar.

The Saberslit mounting bar is physically capable of holding up to 25 slitter heads. Perforation wheels are also available in place of slitters.
